Official Promotional Rules
- The “Holiday Toy Drive” promotion allows customers to reduce their down payment to $499 down on select vehicles priced at $12,999 up to $23,999, when two new unwrapped toys are provided to America’s Car-Mart.
- To qualify for this promotion, each of the toys donated must have a minimum retail value of $10.
- Qualifying customers with approved credit who participate in the “Holiday Toy Drive” $499 down payment promotion must have special payments of at least 5% of the sales price, scheduled to be paid within the first 90 days of the sale.
- Qualifications to participate in this promotion are based on the following:
- Must be a 4-rated applicant or higher to qualify for $499 down.
- Applicant scores of 1, 2, and 3 DO NOT qualify for offer.
- This down payment reduction does not reduce the price of the vehicle.
- At the conclusion of this promotion, America’s Car-Mart will donate all collected toys to area hospitals, children’s hospitals and local children’s organizations.
- As always, even if the customer does not qualify for the “Holiday Toy Drive” promotion, America’s Car-Mart will work with the customer to try to assist them in financing a vehicle with a down payment they can afford.
- Credit approval is required for any vehicle financed by America’s Car-Mart.
- This promotion applies to retail deliveries from dealer stock at participating America’s Car-Mart locations beginning November 1, 2025, and expiring November 29, 2025.
- This promotion may not be used on wholesale vehicle sales.
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate in this promotion and must be nineteen (19) years of age or older in Alabama.
- This promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer or special.
- America’s Car-Mart reserves the right to extend or cease any promotion at any time.
