Our new payment portal is mobile-friendly and allows customers to quickly view their account and payment information and seamlessly pay online. We’ve also created a new mobile pass that can be added to your smartphone’s digital wallet, enabling you to stay engaged with up-to-date account information while on the go.

Car-Mart Payment Portal Account Setup & Access
How do I create an account for the Car-Mart payment portal?
To create your payment portal account, visit “create payment portal account” and create an America’s Car-Mart account login. You will need your retail sales contract account ID, date of birth, and the last four digits of your SSN
Can I manage multiple vehicle contracts with a single account login?
Yes! You can switch between vehicle contracts in the payment portal to make payments or view information for each vehicle.
Payments
How do I make a one-time payment?
After logging in, select ‘Make a Payment’ from the payment portal. Choose your payment method, enter the amount, and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
How do I set up my Auto Pay recurring payments?
From your payment portal, select ‘Enroll in Auto Pay’ which enrolls you in the schedule set up by your dealership. You’ll receive confirmation once your recurring payment is established.
Can I cancel my Auto Pay recurring payment enrollment?
Yes. Go to ‘Manage My Auto Pay’ and then ‘Turn Off Auto Pay.’ This change will take effect immediately, and no further automatic payments will be processed until you re-enroll.
How quickly will my payment be reflected in my account?
Payments begin processing immediately after a one-time payment, or Auto Pay scheduled payment and will appear in your account history on the Car-Mart payment portal right away. However, it may take 1-2 business days for the payment to be fully processed by your financial institution.
What payment methods are accepted in the Car-Mart payment portal?
We accept bank account (ACH) payments, debit cards, and digital wallet options including PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is there a fee for making payments online?
ACH Auto Pay and recurring debit are free. One-time payments will result in a $2.50 fee.
How do I make a payment using my smartphone?
- Apple Pay: Available only on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) using Safari browser
- Google Pay: Available on most devices using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge browsers
- PayPal & Venmo: Available on all major devices and browsers
If you don’t see a particular digital wallet option, it may not be supported on your current device or browser. For the best experience, use the latest version of your device’s operating system and browser.
Account Management
How do I add, edit, or delete payment methods?
Go to “Payment Methods” in your account menu. From there, you can:
- Add a new payment method by clicking “Add Payment Method”
- Edit existing methods by navigating to your Account Settings, and clicking the Edit button (Pencil Icon)
- Delete a payment method by clicking the Edit button, and then “Delete Payment Method”
How can I see my current balance?
Your current principal balance and amount due is displayed on the ‘Accounts’ page. For a detailed breakdown, click on the account to view the account details page.
How do I view my payment history?
Select Payment History from your contract dashboard to see all past transactions, including the date, amount, and payment method used.
How do I find my payoff amount if I want to pay off my vehicle early?
The self-service platform shows your remaining principal balance in the ‘Account Summary’ section. However, this principal balance is not the same as your payoff amount. To get your actual payoff amount, please contact your account representative directly. They can provide you with the exact amount needed to pay off your vehicle and receive your title.
Who can access the America’s Car-Mart payment portal?
Only the primary account holder can create an account using their date of birth and last four of their social security number.
Seasonal Payments & Special Circumstances
What are seasonal payments and when are they due?
Seasonal payments are additional scheduled payments beyond your regular payment schedule. Information about any upcoming seasonal payments, including amounts and due dates, will be prominently displayed on your dashboard when applicable.
How will I be notified about upcoming payments?
You can manage your notifications in the ‘Settings’ found in the right side of the navigation bar of the Car-Mart payment portal. You will need to log into the Car-Mart payment portal to see the special, or seasonal, payment identifier.
What if I can't make my full payment?
Since 1981, Car-Mart has worked one on one with customers to provide transportation solutions during difficult situations. When you purchase a vehicle from Car-Mart you become part of our family. You will have a dedicated Account Representative that will help you with any difficulties that arise. Stop by or call your local Car-Mart immediately to set up an appointment to see your Account Representative or the General Manager for help with your situation. Customer success is a top priority.
Mobile & Digital Features
How do I add my account to my smartphone's digital wallet?
To add your account to your smartphone’s wallet app:
- Log into the Car-Mart Payment Portal
- Go to “Account Actions”
- Select “Add to Digital Wallet”
- Follow the prompts to add your account to your wallet
Once added, you’ll have a Car-Mart pass in your digital wallet. You can flip this pass over to access the “Make a Payment Online” button, which will take you directly to the payment flow in our app.
